One-time purchases and monthly subscriptions
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The product page and checkout identify the items, quantities, billing frequency and shipping selection for your order. An order is not complete until it has been accepted and payment confirmed. A failed or unavailable checkout does not place an order.
- At-home testing kits are one-time purchases. Supplements are sold separately and are not included with testing kits.
- Eligible supplements and ACV Gummies offer a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription at the same product price. The billing option you select determines whether the purchase renews.
- The Wellness Planning Membership costs $24.95 per month and renews monthly until canceled. It is a digital membership.
- The At-Home Wellness Testing Guide is a separate $1.65 one-time digital PDF purchase.

Subscription terms and cancellation
When you choose a monthly subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges for the selected subscription until it is canceled. The first month is included in the amount due at checkout. Subscription charges and recurring terms are shown before you place the order.
To request cancellation, visit Easy Cancel or email [email protected]. Include the email address associated with your order and identify the subscription you want to cancel. Preparing an email on our website does not send it or cancel a subscription; send the request and retain the confirmation from customer support.
Cancellation and refund requests are separate. If you also want a refund or have a question about an order already processed, include that request in your message.
Shipping and digital delivery
Shipping applies to orders containing physical products. One selected shipping charge applies per order:
- Standard Shipping: $9.95.
- Expedited Shipping: $14.95.
Digital-only orders do not have a shipping charge. See Shipping for the available options. Follow the collection and submission instructions supplied with each testing kit.
Returns and refunds
For a physical-product return, first email [email protected] with your order details to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Mark the shipping package with the RMA number.
Opened and unopened products may be returned. The returned product must reach the authorized fulfillment location within 30 days after you received it. Return postage is your responsibility.
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Allow approximately 3–5 business days for your bank to display the credit; bank processing times can vary. Contact support separately about a digital purchase or a subscription cancellation.

4. Order accuracy and payment
Review the selected products, quantities, one-time or recurring purchase option, and shipping charge before ordering. Any applicable tax must be identified before payment. If an item or price appears incorrect, contact support before completing your purchase. An unavailable or failed payment step does not create a confirmed order.
5. Account and transaction security
Use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep login credentials private and tell support promptly about an order or account activity you do not recognize. Do not send a full card number or card security code through the cancellation form or a support email.
6. Website materials and external links
Branding, artwork and other website materials belong to their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the website's content. Obtain permission before reproducing protected material except where the law permits its use.
Links to services outside truetestmarket.com may take you to a separate operator. Read that operator's terms before using its services. A link does not change the terms for your purchase from True Test Market.
7. Access and availability
Website access and online features may be affected by maintenance, network problems or service interruptions. A displayed page is not a guarantee that payment, fulfillment or account access has been completed. Save your order confirmation and contact support if you need help with an existing purchase.
8. Changes, questions and support
We may correct website information and update these terms. Review the version available when placing an order. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Contact customer support if you need clarification before purchasing.
